About us
After some time in residential lending and then working with one of Australia’s largest private lenders, I felt that to serve my customers the best products it was time to open a brokerage that could encompass the best the market has to offer. The private lending field is constantly changing and has now become a specialised sector within business lending.
Client needed a bridging loan for $3,500,000 in order to be able to purchase a property at auction in 24hrs. He had multiply investment properties with enough equity to cover the loan. But the settlement of the second week in January meant that the clients private bank were unable to get the loan completed in the end of year time frame.
We were able to arrange the finance and for a two month period, interest retained and the client restructured their investment mortgages to repay the loan.
Clients had their property under contract valued at $775,000 with a NAB mortgage of $100,000 on it and due to settle in two months. They were contracted to purchase a new property for $900,000 due to settle with a month.
We arranged a bridging loan for $925,000 for a two month period with interest retained. The clients arranged a $100,000 loan with ANZ for the end debt.
